失神者続出？全米が吐いた！？と強烈なキャッチコピーのホラー映画「テリファー終わらない惨劇」が公開されたので鑑賞してきました。

ハロウィンの夜に現れたピエロ姿の殺人鬼アート・ザ・クラウンが巻き起こす惨劇を描いたホラー「テリファー」の続編。脚本家、プロデューサー、特殊メイクアップアーティストとしても活動するデイミアン・レオーネ監督が前作に続き担当したそうです。

前作のエンディングから続きでSTART。
(※テリファー1を観てから鑑賞するのがオススメ)

劇中、前作よりセットや登場キャラクターがポップで可愛い。
アートは”喋らない”けど表情や仕草がとても分かりやすくて終始愛おしい。

ツッコミどころも多いが、
残虐シーンはしっかり魅せてくれるのがこの映画のいい所。
もう息出来ないやろってレベルの子がギャアアアア!!って騒ぎまくってます。
しっかり魅せてくれるのはいいけど造形のシリコンがかぽかぽしてて気になる…

今回特に気になったのは…
死んでるのに演者が”息をしてる”
物語と矛盾してるものが映るとすごいそこに目が行く。そこが残念。

あと2時間半近くはめっちゃ長ぇ！！
主人公強ぇなぁ！？
後半SF？？ってなりました。

長編初監督作品『テリファー』（2016）で特殊効果の知識を存分に生かした生々しく物質的な表現と、ホラー映画愛溢れる演出がコアなファンの支持を受け世界的に注目を浴びた本作の監督ダミアン・レオーネは脚本・VFX・特殊効果まで手がけており、なんと独学で特殊効果・特殊メイク・特殊造形を学び、自らの手で映画制作を開始し、いまやメジャースタジオからも動向を注目されているという……

しかも今回、遊園地が登場し”テリファー”と名ずけられたお化け屋敷が出てきます。
日本のお化け屋敷と違い、内装はとてもポップで可愛くビックリ系のギミックが多く出てきました。
日本のお化け屋敷はジメッと暗いものが多いので、
日本でもテリファーみたいなお化け屋敷があったら面白いなぁと感じました。ハロウィンイベントにも最適！！

何だかんだ結果は面白かったです。
血みどろいっぱい観たい人にはおすすめな映画です。

同じピエロジャンルでいえば、弊社ゾウンテッドでは去年「NAIGHTMARES HILL 悪夢を見る丘」というお化け屋敷を作ってたような…

ダミアン・レオーネ監督はお化け屋敷プロデューサーとしでも才能を発揮しそう！！
